Number one injector is forked, other then that its pretty sweet. Couple of dents and paint is cracking in places (car is black and a daily driver ......

Want a aftermarket front swaybar hopefully it will lessen the body roll and then I can stop wasting money on this shitter.

For some reason i don't think there is a 100% perfect condition 240sx. Even if someone was to claim that it was they probably haven't checked good enough.

Oh shit. To add to my list.

No insurance ticket.
Fictious plate ticket.

Fudgedifuckfucks.

wastegate dump tube cracked, then fell off, burning hole in a/c line. and florida is hot.

leaky ps lines near reservoir (that grimy shit is everywhere)
19psi + 145k mile KA with old leaky valve seals = slow consumption of oil, slight blowby
mysterious super small coolant loss, sucks up overflow tank too

needs paintjob

annoying rattles popping up everywhere from semi-solid motor mounts

otherwise runs like a champ and keeps up with 11 second 500hp cobras

*Guage and ac lights don't light up at all. using blue leds powered by cigarette lighter at night to see
*Brake light doesn't go off
*Defroster doesn't work
*Small crack on front windshield with a bigger one spreading it's way slowly but surely
*On cold start need some footwork with gas pedal otherwise engine dies out
*Check engine light likes to play peek-a-boo
*Release bearing really shot to hell
*Vents won't turn off
*Torn Bellows Boot on Rack and Pinion but steering is beautiful still
*Windshield and Hatch glass seals very bad likes to drink water when it rains
*When front defroster is turned on engine idles VERY low
*Massive oil leak going on down below and as a result motor mounts and virtually all bront end bushings bathed in lots of oil
*Exhaust has something inside shielding rattles and kinda sounds like a BOV when i shift around 2500 rpm so not too bad
*Major Cracked dash(i know me and thousands others)
*Trip Meter can't reset to 000. Reading is messed up
*Passenger Side Seat Belt starting to go out
*Front Right Strut mount likes to "moan" a lot
*Paint going bald on roof as well as hood and hatch
*Rear wiper works when it wants to
*Reverse lights don't go on
*Tranny likes to fight to shift sometimes
*Cruise control button lights up making you think it's working but accel decel does nothing
*Horn likes to honk when i turn the steering wheel the slightest bit so pulled fuse
*Steering wheel likes to make hissing noise when turned in either direction
*Trunk hatch cable release loose so 80/20 i have to do it using key

Holy shit i had no idea my car was that fucked up haha until i listed each of those things. I think that's it for now however giving all those shorts and cracks and leaks what not my car seems to have the damn thing drives good and is one of the cleanest ones i see in my area as far as body damage goes. virtually none all fenders straight and aligned clean title except for salvage engine. i love my nissan it keeps on going strong despite the fact it needs more attention than an 18 year old drama queen

-drivers side window rolls down but takes about 3 minutes to roll back up
-paint on roof faded
-corner lights and drivers side fender held on by zipties because of previous accident when I hit a fukkin couch on the freeway
-coolant leak on heater hose

this thread is funny... but the fun part is fixing it all up... then sitting back and admiring what you accomplished...

anyways, here's my list

1. i look like an idiot at the gas station because i have to put down the rear seat and crawl in from the inside to pop the trunk or the gas cap
2. shift boot is literally disintegrating
3. leaking oil
4. dents on every corner
5. tan hatch on a juniper green car
5. steering wheel shakes vigorously at 55mph (needs alignment)
6. no headliner
7. passenger side seatbelt is stuck (sucks to be the passenger)
8. CEL (EGR problem, good thing i got my smog check before that happened)
9. reverse lights don't work (fuse keeps blowing out for some reason)

well thats all i could think of... but i love it because i only got it for $500 and it runs!

My cars pretty screwed up...

1. Virtually all suspension peices worn out.
2. Clutch chatters after driving around the city for awhile.
3. Engines leaking real bad from everywhere. (crack on upper timing cover, leaky seals, crap)
4. Engine = 233k miles.
5. Engine bay super dirty.
6. Tranny doesnt wanna go into reverse sometimes unless i roll the car forward first.
7. CEL comes on every now and then either complaining about an EGR problem or an injector leak. (as far as i know, neither is true, but not sure)
8. Interior super dirty.
9. Poo brown interior. (with black dash though)
10. Could use some paint.
11. Leak from PS hose with the metal fitting in the middle.
12. Rear brakes arent working properly. Cant get them to lock with the E-brake.
13. Not very much brake pedal pressure. Pedal goes down when I pull up e-brake.
14. Plenty more, im sure...

As an S30 driver I can say in fact that MY CAR HAS MORE RUST THAN ALL OF YOURS.

A leak from the tranny that won't stop even with new seals.
Heater control valve that gushes water into cabin (currently bypassed).
Defroster no workie.
Glazed front rotors so the brakes squeal like I have no pads left.
The Grand Canyon lives in my dash.
Bad wiring under dash bypassed with wire nuts.

But luckily my car doesn't have as much electronics as a S13, so less of that can go wrong...

Exhaust manifold gasket leak.

Throwout bearing should be thrown out.

Disintegrating shift boot.

Cracked bushing on eBay STS; loose/sloppy shifting.

8 wheels, 2 good tires.

New wiper blades, old wiper blade performance!

Discount Auto Parts windshield washers - reservoir smells gnarly, they leak all over hood (despite proper installation), and can't overcome wind at speed to spray windshield.

Besides minor annoyances...not much.....until last week.

I had a PERFECT windshield on my 91 coupe. Literally perfect. But last week I was pulling onto the freeway when some truck came flying past me and cuts me off. He had 3 lanes of empty space beside him that he could have pulled into so I could merge. Instead he flys past me, and pulls in front of me, with his rock studded tires and puts 3 wonderfully large cracks right in my center of vision and another big smash right smack in the middle of the HUD display on my windshield.

And one of my heater settings doesn't work...never has.
