s13 Sr20det need help!

So my car has fuel, spark, compression an getting air but it wont start.. just cranks harness, ecu an plugs are getting power the only thing thats weird is my fuel pressure fluxtuates on prime an when cranking then when the powers off it drops injectors seem to fire fine

what pump are you using and is it hard wired?

Retime your cam angle sensor.

Buy a Walbro 255 and hardwire it.

Check for fuel leaks

Problem was solved lines got mixed up at the pump!

It's normal for the fuel pressure to drop off when you stop cranking. The regulator is at the outlet of the rail and there's nothing keeping the fuel pressure from back flowing to the tank from the rail.
