That sucks bro. Unfortunately there's pretty much nothing you can do if someone wants your car they're going to get it. Kill switch, quick release, it doesn't matter nowadays because they use tow trucks. Definitely look on craigslist, crooks are usually stupid enough to rock your shit or sell them craigslist. Anyway I'll keep my eyes open, I live in the 818 as well.

I feel you guys..once my girl gets another car..my hatch is no longer gonna be a street car..gonna be a garaged track car n im gonna fix up my LS400 ..if the ft86 isnt out by then..we gotta invest in good alarms like newer/luxury cars have. Quick releases dont cut it anymore

i don't know yet, my steering wheel was taken from the car. now i'm scared cause the dick that took my car has it. i didn't drive the car back, i had it towed home, now i gotta order a new quick release and steering wheel.
Good thing i got it back. So when i went to recover the car a sketchy ass guy in a Toyota Camry rolled up and posted up in the dark with his engine running. He took off when the residents of the house that he was in front of came out for a smoke. He posted up again further down the street. and i got his plate number then he took off. The police arrived and i got everything taken care of. I gave the officers the guys plate number and they ran it and it turns out this fucker lives 2 blocks from me. This guy had to have been involved in the theft of my car. If anyone is interested he drives a Dark Blue/Black Toyota Camry XV30 chassis, License plate #5FIY411. He lives on Gilmore Street off of Hayvenhurst Ave. in Lake Balboa, 91406. Motherfucker needs a lesson. |

Glad you found your car man! Atleast it was still intact and all they took was the steering wheel. You should go drive by that dudes house that lives 2 blocks away from you and just sit outside on the street. See if he acts all wierded out when/if he sees you sitting out there.
