I've just recently installed my clutch and brakes at the same time. But ever since i drove it out the shop, i've been noticing some rubber or clutch like smell..is that normal? so far its only been 150 miles since i drove it out of the autoshop. anyone here know what problem is? thanks

normal.. clutch is breaking in. just drive easy.. NO dumping the clutch, or reving fast for 500-1000 miles.

cool thanks..is there a maximum rpm range i should start shifting gears? also, is it normal for my clutch pedal to be sticky? sticky meaning after pressing clutch, the clutch comes back up half way. oh, one more question, is it normal smelling clutch while driving on the freeway? how fast should i be driving so i wont wear out my clutch? THANKS!

sounds like maybe they didn't adjust the clutch pedal properly, or possibly your slave cylinder needs replacing.

You shouldn't be smelling it on the freeway. A small amount is ok, but not everywhere you drive.
