has there been any fire breathing sr20vet gtir's made yet? I feel like that combo would be like super awd slayer insanity. you could theoretically use the x-trail vet with the gtir tranny right? dat would be boss

Always loved these cars, not sure if you'd want to keep the original tranny though. Heard they are made of glass.

No it was them,the gear set as shot peened but the gearbox was same as the N/A engines with around 150 bhp max and they were known as weak at that power,
the gtir pulsar/sunny eats 3rd gear due to small bearings/lack of support and shaft flex till the repelled gears shear the teeth off
Quaife do an uprated/stronger gearset but it uses the stock small bearings,
and no room or material to machine out to take a larger bearing
so the bearings fail still,and wrecks the gear set and casing sometimes
my mate gave up throwing cash at his, at 300ish bhp and munching a g'box every month
iirc the gearbox from another fwd euro nissan can be made to work

After riding in a 1jz aristo and 2jz vvti aristo in europe. Seeing all the unique not only Japanese cars but euro hatches and wagons. I have to say I think I was born on the wrong side of the world. I have began to hate Americas ridiculous rules and marketing when it comes to vehicles.everybody is debating about chevy vs ford and I'm like if toyota actually was able to import all of there cars over here there would be no debate. Even ford has some of the best cars in europe compared to america in my opinion you have the focus rs, escort and alot of unique cars we didn't get
