Leaky Injector

Steering wheel? Just bolt right in? Airbag? S15 Steering wheel?
I am going back to regular belts and no harnesses. I am thinking of replacing my sparco steering wheel with an S15 steering wheel but didn't know if it would just bolt on and what I would need to do to get the airbag to work and the horn as well?
