question : when you get reffed and you have an sr.. can you jsut pay for it or do you have to swap a ka n get it inspected?

Price for kaDE maf shipped to Toms River, NJ 08757. You wouldn't happen to have a manual trans crossmember or the bolts to bolt the engine to trans would you?

Back when I had to deal with my ref ticket, I actually passed the exhaust one(swapped aftermarket exhaust for stock), but failed the emissions part of it.

My registration was due also(had to smog the car again).

So, I fixed the car up some more, made it run cleaner, took it into smog, passed, and took that paper in to court with me.

The judge didn't mind the fact that I had it tested at a regular smog station instead of making it pass at the ref station. Only had to pay the $10 court fee.

Maybe I just got lucky?
