^^^ Better to adjust caster through roll center adjusters, Camber/Caster plates or/and upper pillow ball mounts. Just my .02 adjusting the front tension rods past factory specs causes excess stress on the LCA Bushing causing excess wear. If you have spherical's it reduces the amount that the wear will affect your suspension but it doesn't stop the stress of the LCA being forced to an angle other then up and down. Here is a good thread to read and make your own opinions.
http://zilvia.net/f/showthread.php?t=310478&page=2 For me I would prefer to have a bushing front tension rod and adjust caster in other ways. Especially since I daily drive my car and its not just a drift missile that shutters when it runs over a cigarette butt. |
