Trying to make an intake that works for my ka-t setup (ISR kit mostly). I got a s13 sr20 intake kit from them, but it didn't come with any coupler to goto the turbo inlet, so I had seen they offer a 45* coupler for it.

Mine kinks when i install the pipe. Not enough that the car wont run, just enough to tick off my OCD. Should I get a 90* bend? Other installs ive seen were using a 45* no problem, so I assume they all kink

went ahead and ordered a 90* just in case, will probably work

I had a similar issue but with the outlet of my top mount, it faces straight down and a 90 deg coupler wasn't enough even. They sell 135 couplers and that's what ended up working for me with a little massaging and tweaking the p/s hose out of the way a little bit. Good luck
