the clutch is wat decided to go...not the transmission...so i spent all my available funds for the trans that i bought...and i have no clutch...and i still need a bunch of other small parts...

sorry ernie...im sad...

im in the same situation my car took a beating yesterday at the track. i need a new tranny. and my diff is wining real loud. hopefully i can get every thing squared off before the 11th.

any recommendations on where i can get my extra diff welded?

i needed the new trans anyway sir...1st and 2nd were going to shit...so might aswell replace it...

ill show in any case sir...never miss a chance to see you

no they werent, the clutch plate was hitting the flywheel bolts and not completelty disengaging.
that was the issue.

Sell tranny to above member,
figure out if you need a different flywheel,
get a clutch.
and next weekend we can bench press that tranny back in, re-tuck your harness.
swap turbo this week, 20 minutes a night when you get home, it will be done by the weekend.

might come hang out Ernie.

Steve just get a xtd clutch stage 3 from ebay. They are like $120 bucks and you can beat the shit out of them. They are in LA and have pick up.
