Have you worked with brakes before?

After you push in the piston on the calipers you have to pump the brakes to bring it back to normal

There is no reason to touch the brakes, period. Take the caliper off, set it aside. What did you do, and why?

I'm not sure what the brakes have to do with the 5 lug conversion unless you accidentally pinched a line or something.

When u do a z32 or s14 5 lug and brake conversion most people get the s14 brake booster, I have heard people say that when they leave the s13 brake booster it becomes somewhat spongy but it still brakes fine, have u pumped ur brakes and check for leaks??

SOrry everyone... I was in a rush to post this thread... but this is exactly what my point is.... It brakes okay, but i have to push the pad most all the way down before it brakes... It feels almost like it's has a leak in the line but there none... I have bleed the brake a few times thinkin it's was bubbles in the lines. I remember the stock s13 when i barely tap the brakes it grabs... with the conversion it's seem to not have enough pressure.... so i just wondering if i have to upgrade the brake booster?

btw, my setup are jdm s14 5lugs...

thanks guys and gals.....

Please quit spewing bullshit. Very few people ever upgrade the booster, it's not required. The master cylinder, yes, but only if going to larger brakes. The OP hasn't said a word about upgrading the brakes at all.

To the OP, I'm betting the calipers are on the wrong side, allowing air to be trapped in them.

Research. Plenty of info on this.
