I read this article today and I agree with it and it's been my thoughts pretty much for a while now.

Fake boobs.

For myself growing up looking at playboys and whatever porn mags or vids I could get my hands on there would always be large breasted women on the cover and inside.

But for the last few years I've been finding myself more attracted to women of small proportions.

I mean for me it's about having the right proportions to a woman. If I see a small girl with large fake breast then it just looks awkward to me.

Everything has to fit.

I myself am not really a big fan of fake breasts. If it's there fine, but if it's not then I'm fine too.

I think like the authors says there is some underlying issue that isn't going to be solved by surgery. Whether its self esteem issues or just the wanting of attentions.

IDK about you guys but i've been with girls that have huge racks, and i have been with girls with average sizes. It doesn't make much of a difference to me. The bigs ones are fun to play with but there's no difference with smaller breast.

I guess its all in what you like. More than anything you'll get over the big breast thing.

Regardless of their reason for getting the plastic surgery, all these chicks are the same damn person they were before the surgery after they got it. It's their body, their choice. The amount of people out there that have had cosmetic surgery is huge, whether its for reconstructive or purely asthetic reasons. This guy seems to just have his own serious issues. fake tittays r ok, up to a point. if it looks terribly unnatural (i.e. 90 lb 5'1" girl with dd's), then no good.
plastic surgery in general is supposed to enhance how you already look, not make you look like someone else entirely. i've nailed a few milfs who had work done after squeezing out a kid, and i appreciated it. but...

my best friends sis-in-law is 22 and has over 2 dozen surgeries. she was a pretty good looking chick already, now she looks like she used to be a dude, and just escaped from a concentration camp. multiple nose jobs, lifts, tucks, nips, 3 TERRIBLE boob jobs (she has massive scars running under her breasts). everything you could imagine. she even got her pinky toes broken and reset so they'd look better in open toe shoes. fucking nuts.
