Just swapped in sr20, running rich...

I just swapped a stock sr20det into my 93 coupe.
I have the usual mod's
- apex'i intake
- Greddy spec ls intercooler
- hks downpipe
- brm exhaust
- greddy rs bov
- walbro pump
- basic maintenance; new belts, plugs, oil pan, waterpump.

Anyway back to the problem. It ran fine in the garage, started great every time. The problem started when i began driving it the first few times. It boosts fine, pulls hard, idles fine, it runs the way it should... except it's rich. It's now hard starting sometimes, like it's being flooded. Smells like unburnt fuel when driving. Black soot on the bumper.
The car still runs and drives fine, its just rich....

My first thoughts is the fpr or coolant temp sensor, but i don't want to go spend money unless i have to.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm guessing the pressure gage for fuel pressure, and the multimeter for tps? And the stock fuel pressure is 43.5...

I doubt its your fpr, if you had too little pressure it would just cause your engine to shut off and too much would cause a ruptured hose or something.

I can hear the bov whistling every once and a while at low rpm, i think this could be it. It's a GReddy RS venting to the atmosphere. Can i just adjust it, or is it f*cked?
