help with keeping my sr20 cool

before i start i searched this and couldnt find exactly what I was looking for

just looking to squeeze every bit of efficiency out of my s14's cooling system

right now just have a koyo rad with FAL fans and a circuit sports fan controller wired in. i notice that my temps stay pretty cool but they fluctuate alot so my fans are always having to switch on and off even while highway driving...(basically killing the fan relays on me)
a friend gave me an upper radiator cooling plate to help force some more air thru the radiator...
Just looking at my setup i can see alot of other places where air can escape thru.
Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can use to fill these small gaps? Like some sort of foam or something that wont catch on fire under there
also is there any sort of lower cooling plate or lower shroud that attaches under the front bumper to keep air from escaping there also??

Basically i feel that while driving on the highway the fans should not really have to work too hard, but they do

sorry for the newb type questions..this is my first s14 and i bought with the swap done but not all the small details to keep this thing reliable under track conditions

Anthony
