spasming headlights
hey i just bought an s13 to fix up and everything and i discovered that the headlights wont stay down. they work fine and stay up when the switch is pushed but when i push the switch to put them back down they continualy pop up and down until i turn them on or hit the switch again. any ideas on how to fix this problem?
