I need the torque specs for the head, crank, rod, main bearings, and all the goodies. Please and thank you :]

Stock head bolts
NOTE: Stock head bolts only. There is an order of sequence (see picture)
1) 29Nm (22ft-lb)
2) 78Nm (58ft-lb)
3) Lossen all bolts completely
4) 29Nm (22ft-lb)
5) One of the following:
With angle wrench: 80 to 85 degrees clockwise
With torque wrench: 74-83Nm (54-61ft-lb)

Girdle
NOTE: There is a order of sequence (see picture)
1) 46-52Nm (34-38 ft-lb)

Rods
NOTE: There is a tightening sequence
1) 14-16Nm (10-12 ft-lb)
2) One of the following:
With angle wrench: 60-65 degrees
With torque wrench: 38-44Nm (28-33 ft-lb)
