On going Rb25 s14 swap

Its been done before and it will be done again.. Rb25 swaps are starting to pop up all over the place and are getting done quit frequently. But instead of buying one already done i decided to get my hands dirty and start my first rb build.. Ive built cars before but it was always v-8's until i got into 240's and bought my first s14.

I debated on going ka-t but came across an rb25 swap for relatively cheap so i picked it up.. ive been working on the swap for about 7 months so i have a boat load of pics so il put up what i can and since i am in the process of building the bottom end right now, as i get parts and have updates il post up..

Hope you enjoy.

Heres the car when i first bought it in june of 2010.

Got the car together and drove it till about january of 2011 and thats when i pulled the Ka thinking id have the rb swapped in soon but that didnt work out.

if you are familiar with v8's why not stick with them and go with a ls1 in your s14 that's what I am doing and the parts are readily available for the swap!

GLWB!

ls1 is NOT the greatest v8 not the cheapest, not the most powerful.
go for the lq series theres an issue of hotrod with 1200hp with ebay turbos only.

rb ftw

i know all about v-8 swaps but i wanted to try something different. I was tempted though bc i had the chance to get an escalade motor but i had already purchased the rb25 so i decided to just stick with that.
