Chase Bays S13 SR20DET and S13 KA24DE Engine Harnesses!!
Chase Bays S13 SR20DET Engine Harness
Chase Bays S13 KA24DE Engine Harness Chase Bays S14 SR20DET Engine Harness Chase Bays S14 KA24DE Engine Harness CM1 - $549.99 CM2 (comes with Mil-Spec connector) - $849.99 CB Mil-Spec (Raychem DR-25 loom) - $1,249.99 A few things to note about our harnesses... SR20DET- We have integrated the upper and lower harnesses together to keep things clean and simple. The engine to chassis plugs are long enough to reach where they need to go whether you have stock fusebox location or relocated. We put the Coil Igniter plugs inside the car near the ECU/ECCS. This helps clean up the engine bay of course. MAF or MAP plug, we have a 3 pin deutsch connector coming out at the first junction. The reason we did this is since we all know there is plenty of MAF or MAP styles and locations we let you customize where it is and how it routes. The harness routes similar to the KA harness since they're just about the same thing sensor wise, under the intake manifold. KA24DE- We have integrated the upper and lower harnesses together to keep things clean and simple. The engine to chassis plugs are long enough to reach where they need to go whether you have stock fusebox location or relocated. The harness routes underneath the intake manifold instead of over the top, significantly cleaning the motor up. We also offer a RACE/Stand Alone style harness that has fuel, ignition, starter relays integrated and flying leads for you to connect yourself. Please ask any questions on this thread instead of PM so we can answer them and throw the Q&A on our website. Thanks for reading!

For those who don't know...
Raychem DR-25 diesel resistant heat shrink tubing is the most widely used heat shrink in aviation, racecar and other applications where highly corrosive fuels, fluids and oils are used. Its high resistance to avaiation and diesel fuels, hydraulic fluids and lubrication oils makes it suitable for protecting military ground cables and harnesses from both these fluids, and abrasion. It reliably protects terminals, connectors, and other components from most industrial fuels and mechanical damage. Waiting on the S14 Kouki SR Harness. Not a bad price right now. Any info on a tucked/ relocated S14 Chassis Harness to match?? -Drew |

i know you guys do mostly wiring stuff but is there any possibility you could make some kind of kit to clean up and eliminate stuff like the useless coolant lines and vacuum lines under the intake Mani?

We're not just limited to wiring. Over half our product line is "plumbing/fluid transfer" so vacuum and coolant lines is doable for us.
Which motor do you have?

i have the ka24de, i want to turbo it someday and i have seen on forums people removing all the sensors, and solenoids and rerouting coolant lines and whatnot.
i want to do all that and the motor is out of my car right now so i was just wondering if you guys could make any kind of kit with plates for all the useless sensors and a coolant hard line for just the heater core instead of the forked one that comes stock, basically just to get rid of all non essential things all the forum postings are for boosted cars would it work with a na motor? and do you guys know anyone who makes any harder to find ka stuff? like lightweight pulleys and injectors? |

You HAVE to modify the existing body harness, there is no way around it.

Few pictures of a recent CM1 for SR20DET, yes they're big pics but we want to show off the detail.

ALSO, one of the S14 Chassis Sub-Harness
Note that the Wiper Amplifier is relocated to the interior...we thought about that too! Just with our engine harness you get rid of wiper amp and coil igniter in your engine bay. Another completely detail oriented product from Chase Bays.

I know it's a long shot but will you guys by chance be making anything for the 240-260-280z's? I'm sure after 40 years I could use some new wiring for the interior and when I do an RB swap i'd like to have it as clean as possible. If you could post here or pm me it would be much appreciated. BTW the work looks amazing.

if i ordered a CM1 s14 sr20det engines harness can you wire up all my sensors to the inputs i request suchs as AIT,MAP,EGT,o2 inline controller. All this is for a series 2 AEM standalone unit part number 30-6620. Also can you tailer a few extra things for me to like the fuel pump and cooling fan relays. I hooked up a custom power source for those 2 things. I want to make sure they run straight to the battery with there own power wire and nothing else t'ing off those power lines.

Our harnesses include the the sensors that you listed. We can also tailor our harnesses to be wired like a race style harness with separate relays and fuses. If you have any other questions or need anything else feel free to shoot me a email or give me a call.

are there any plans of doing a VQ in 240sx harness that does not need the AEM EMS, it is just an OEM swap, so a ems is pretty big overkill and nats removal is pretty cheap now.
just curious cause i would buy it in a heartbeat, love your guyses harnesses. |

Yeah DCC would be awesome.
What about smog equipment? Do your engine harnesses allow for all the original smog stuff on a KA?
