Custom Spec Blitz Type 03 (2) 17x9.5 +10 (2) 18x10.5 +20 5x114
SOLD SOLD SOLD!!
Now that I have decided to move on to another car, my custom Blitz Type 03 wheels are up for grabs. Here's the scoop: I had these wheels rebuilt to custom specs by Yuta at Wheel Flip earlier this year. The wheels began life as 17x8 +28 and 18x9 +38. The front wheels had new lips installed to resize them to 17x9.5 +10. The rear wheels had new barrels and lips installed to bring them to 18x10.5 +20. The faces of all four wheels were hand polished. Center caps are included with all four wheels. The faces and lips on all four wheels are in perfect condition with no blemishes. They were used for less than 600 miles on my car. One of the front wheels leaks about 1 PSI of air per day. I am not sure if this is the seal between the lip and barrel, the valve stem, or the tire. My money would be on the seal leaking though. This same wheel has a bend in the barrel that was existing on the wheels I had refinished. It does not shake when driving, would not be responsible for the air leak, and should be easily repaired by a wheel repair shop. The two front wheels have the metal "L" shaped valve stems with them, but the rears do not have them. I used a straight, rubber valve stem from the tire shop and did not have any issues with them. Alex from WheelFlip has graciously contacted me and offered to send me valve stems for the rear, so huge thanks to him for that! As you can see from the wheels, those guys do some awesome work. Here are some shots of the wheels. I'll get detailed shots when they are dismounted and cleaned up soon for any prospective buyers: I spent just about $2200 on the work that WheelFlip did to these wheels, and that did not include the initial cost of sourcing the wheels themselves. Blitz 03s were never offered with lips this large or sizes this aggressive. There aren't many other sets out there that have been rebuilt. That being said, I'm looking to get $2600 + shipping OBO for the wheels. Tires WILL NOT be included. The only wheels I would consider a trade for would be a mint set of 18x9.5 +22 ish TE37s, but I might not even take that- I'd really prefer the cash. Please PM me with any questions or concerns, and I'll have detailed shots of each wheel with the tires off posted soon. Thanks for the interest! Off of the car and ready to rock! I can include tires if they are bought locally for an additional fee. 215/40/17 Yokohama S Drive that are fairly smoked on the inside edge, and 235/40/18 Dunlop DZ101 that are almost new out back.

Bump for amazing wheels that were always one of my favorites.
If you decide to split, how much for the fronts if he buys the rears? I have a pair of 17's that I would love to match these with. |
