Pushup Challenge Thread
Alright, here's the deal.... kind of curious and need some motivation.
How many pushups can you do before you can't do anymore? I'm at 35......... lol i used to be around 40 but I stopped wrking out. Post your #s and lets see who can do the most |

I do push ups every day, just hit 62 yesterday morning. The goal is 100.

I used to be able to do 100 easy. Now I'm dieing at 25 and can maybe do 35.

I'm right around 40 right now, gotta work my way back up to at least 60.

i did up to 31 and started to feel the burn, and gave up lol man im 19 and i barely do push ups, plus no reason to bulk up i dont need to impress anymore yet... lol

Utilizing the "Perfect Push-up" bars, I was doing 300 a night, 4 times a week, in sets of 20 over 30-45 mins.
100 (20x5) - Normal shoulder width 100 (20x5) - Wide 100 (20x5) - Narrow/Diamond It was feeling pretty good, but I stopped the routine when my work schedule changed.

i just did 50 close hands.
my max official recorded...i did 95 propper pushups in 2mins in my pt. i did more but, didn't count. i came in 2nd to some dude did like 128. |

18...for someone at 280lbs, with shoulder orthoscopic surgery (leading up to pins in my shoulder) ...id say thats not fucking bad...

I try to do 50 in under two minutes every other day. I usually make it.

back in freshmen year highschool..did 62 in a min. At the moment maybe 30 haha
