KA 90 hatch speedo not working

Well it has been like this since i bought the car, and i have a GPS for speed, but thats getting old and I still want it fixed.

The car is a 90 KA24e, but the cluster is the twin gauge cluster not the digital one, so I dont know it they are compatible, but the rpm gauge does so im still confused.

when the car is turned on, the speedo with jump to about 25mph without the car moving. it will either say there or move between 55mph while the car is in motion, kinda bouncing around. once i get the car about about 70mph while moving, the speedo will drop dead to the zero mark, untill i slow, and then will jump back up to about 35/55 on the gauge.
The odomoter seems to work, but it gets stuck alot, but it does read distance properly according to the road markers.

other thing is i cant find an accurate diagram for the ecu wiring for the 90 ecu, either my wires from the ecu are missing from the "pinout" locations, or they are the wrong colors.

hoping its something i can fix easily and dont need the ecu to be messed with, but a solution for both is greatly appreciated.
