I did all that that's why I didn't ask for diagnostic advice
the only one I couldn't confirm 100% was fuel because we were in a large garage/barn and the starting fluid was creating a very bad odor very fast

and it did seem like it started running better but I wasn't spraying it in the best of spot and I had to stop shortly after trying

UPDATE, pin 101 came loose out of the ecu connector
