Gap is @ 28. Thought it could be the cps( crank pos sensor) but seeing as i have a s13 trans there's no sensor or place for it on the bellhousing.

Have fun digging through the manifold lol. It's easy taking it out but a PITA to get it back in.

If your manifold is stripped down like mine then it shouldn't be too bad. I can get my arm under it from the back side.

Knock sensor changed nothing so I'm going to have to hit up a junkyard n let them take me for all it's worth on a whole new harness, distributor and ecu and if that doesn't fix the problem I'll send out the invites to the Bon fire hosted by my 240

Mine ran great when i first started my ka-t then it started running like crap, i ripped the lower orings on the injecters i replaced them three times, and finally i got them in right, i wasnt pushing the injecters in i was setting them in and tightening them up, then i had a massive boost leak so the car would die, i ran my intercooler pipping and fixed my problem, then when i was getting into boost it was breaking up and spitting and spuddering i gapped the plugs to .30.

I see your gap should be fine, if your smelling alot of fuel then maybe the orings are toast. (I skimmed through the post so i might have missed something) Did you check your timing? I didnt have to adjust mine i got an enthaply tune.

I had problems like you are mentioning through out your thread and yes I too had boost leaks but what made my setup even better was upgrading the ignition to a new 6A digital by MSD. It purrs like a kitten now running 1000cc injectors.

Got a great deal from a friend on a s13 man ecu and full harness. Waiting on another guy to come through with a s13 dizzy n coil wich i have a new cap n rotor n wires waiting. I trew I'n another set of plugs. Gonna run them at 28 still. And lastly i gotta take this ecu to a comp or tv repair place n see if they can solder this emance daughterboard I'n for me. Then I'm gonna trash that damn safcII!

This sounds like definitely a fuel issue.. how are you monitoring your AFR? My old SRT4 did this issue when my Greddy e manage would lose control of fuel. It pretty much run like shit from flooding the cylinders and cause the car to misfire. Also could be maybe TPS sensor..

I re-clocked and tested tge old tps n it was fine but i had a new one i put on anyways n it made no difference. At the moment i can't monitor the afr's because i paid for an innovative wideband from a member on another forum I'm not gonna disclose, and never recieve it.

Dude you have bad luck like me lol. I bought a distributor from a member on here and he sent me one for an s14 when I was asking for an s13 one. He hasn't gotten back to me.

I'm not sure if this would do anything but does the iacv piping need to be routed pre-turbo. It just seems weird to place it in the intercoooler piping since it would be receiving pressurized air.

So everything is I'n the car at this point. Got my emance daughterboard soldered I'n the ecu. Only issue right now keeping me from starting it is the guy i got tge s13 dizzy didn't give me the base that spaces tge cap so I'm off to a junkyard to dwell around. Wish me luck lol

Well the good news is i got my car running. Im not sure how well though. didnt get to drive it. Turns out my front main seal is leaking hella bad. so now im in the middle of replacing that. Have you swapped ecu's? i dont remember. no spark could really only be from the dizzy not being hooked up or the coil not being hooked up correctly. ive never seen that.

So today for some reason the car wouldn't produce a spark or crank for that matter. Then the ecu started to smoke! The stereo wouldn't work and i got mad as hell. Seriously i walked away from tge car and left it for about to hours... Walked back out to the garage, stood I'n front of this mother fuc*** and said if u don't start I'm parting ur ass and burning tge shell I'n the desert! I sat I'n it n turned the key.... The bitch started right up, i took it for a ride down the street and... Tge same exact issue is present wich i started this thread about even with all the s13 components lol. FMFL!
