Yea. I haven't been able to update it until now. I was living in Hong Kong since Jan so the car was in storage. Finished installing a Mazworx intake manifold and ID 1000cc injectors.

Next is removing the battery tray (yay, I hate these) and making the hole in the body larger for the 3in intercooler piping coming to the q45 throttle body.

Would these manifolds be prone to cracking with the added weight?

Not at all, once you have one in your hands you will see clearly why

^ I've got about 20 miles on the setup adjusting the basemap for the 1000cc injectors and no issues so far. turbo nuts are nice and solid still, same for all the v-band clams.

While setting up the base map, maxed out the fuel pump (OEM R32 GTR). So I had to order a surge tank and Bosch 044 pump. I'll update this once everything is installed.

Geno, can you talk a little about what you did with the breather line? Mine is almost touching the downpipe without a tube on the breather pipe...

(My downpipe and manifold are coated with White Lightning)

Bring this back from the dead as I just purchased one of these kits second hand.

I have a question...The person I purchased from threw in all his lines and the s14 waterneck.

I am assuming you want to dump the "hot" (after cooling turbo) water back into the water neck. How do you cap off the original s13 line in the back of the block?

Sorry for the late reply, I unsubscripted from this thread on accident. The easiest way to block that line off, without taking the motor out of the car is to thread a bolt into the hose coming off the back of the motor and clamping it down.

From purchase to delivery it took about 6 weeks, but I was one of the very first people to purchase, and we (intensepower and I) wanted to make sure everything fit properly. So I told them I wouldn't mind waiting for them to get a similar turbo to what I have to ensure proper downpipe fitment.
I've been trying to get a hold of them...I guess I may just end up calling them. I'm wanting to see if they can make this manifold without the wastegate provisions as I want to use a new Borgwarner efr series turbo . The downpipe of course I'll have made local. Great thread nonetheless just noticed it was a year old but still.

You have to bend it rearward, and out a little, then run a longer hose so the bend has a radius which extends out enough to avoid contacting the manifold. -12 hose is what I used

Actually the few drives I've had with the car, it was hitting 1 bar of boost at 4200rpm, which was very nice. I'm not having too much pressure drop with the stupid (I admit, its way too big) large tube/fin FMIC I'm using. The fuel system is a little on the overkill side but I wanted reliability, and an oem tank so this seemed like the only way to make those two things work. Did learn an important lesson though, SS braided rubber weeps fuel vapors. This is not awesome. Ended up smelling like a lawnmower till I changed them to SS braided Teflon lines.

Dyno is going to take place in about a month. I broke my trans road testing, and have removed the engine from the car to fix a few other issues.

I'll make a new thread to document the process of installing the 350z gearbox onto the SR20DET using one of George's adapter plates, which can be found here. I unfortunately can't comment on getting the speedo to work with that swap, as I cheated by using a Racepak Logger dash which has a GPS based speedo.

Geno, may I ask a couple of questions on your setup?
I've purchased the same Powerlab kit and I want to know if it has a tendency to crack. Are the exhaust studs steady still? Did you saw expansion slots between the exhaust ports? And did you install any sort of bracing for the turbo? GT3071R, the manifold and downpipe weight too much, I doubt that the studs could withstand this weight.

P.S. Sorry for my bad English.

Thanks in advance.

Your English is a lot better than some of the posts by native speakers on this forum.

Breaking my gearbox when getting the car ready to dyno has been a bigger setback than I thought. I finally got my Z33 transmission back after having the bellhousing face cut down .5"

Also during that time I sold my setup to a friend to have installed on his S15. I bought a second powerlab manifold, this time with the plans to use an EFR 7064 turbo so I could eliminate the need for two wastegates. Now I have to wait for my turbo which I ordered back in April. Right now, if you go by the EFR twitter page, we can expect to see them some time in October.
