for the guy that has this problem, you should take the steering wheel off lightly sand and then re-grease the contact points.

this happened to me when i put on a momo hub, i had to dremel off the plastic surrounding the hub to get a nice contact.

Thanks flying chicken yeah i knocked it out when i changed to a personal wheel.
