I drove it up on a hill and pulled the radiator cap with the bleeder plug on the intake, and pushed water through the radiator with a hose. I was squeezing the top radiator hose while doin this as well, soon as I saw it turn into a stream of water coming out the bleeder, I turned the car off and put the bleeder back in (with heat on full blast). Idled it with the cap off for about 10 minutes and thought everything was fine. No point in adding coolant just because of how many times I've had to bleed it.
