Ok so here goes im gonna try and be as detailed as possible:

My 200sx now feels like its only got 50kw

As everyone knows my VCT was dead and needed replacing since it had the "death rattle" So I booked it in at a workshop to get replaced, picked it up and it felt like shit and has 50kw while this was happening I noticed I had a exhaust like and I was running no turbo gasket from where the back of the turbo connects to the dump pipe and there was only "1" bolt holding on the dump pipe to the turbo, so what I did was took it to the exhasut shop to get new lock bolts and a gasket to be installed.

When the time to pick up the car from the exhaust shop the car still drives like shit 50kw no power.

Thats All I can remember in this post please guys I need your words of wisdom and what it could be?
