maybe you should run a statistical analysis of weather patterns for like the last 10-20 years.. and then determine if there is in-fact a distinct change occurring
though its funny that you note psychological disorders associated with said conspiracy... bc if you're right and the govt is seeking to ruin California's sunny skies... then you as a victim being stupid is exactly what they'd want
