I called those cars a better investment because it's where the money is and the general population gravitates towards. Despite how horrible the STI is and how old it is it holds its value well (I'd never buy one with my own money), why I don't know but it does. Does a regular Joe blow care about an EVO NOO! they just see an overpriced old car where there aren't as many buyers for. There are more people out there looking at the cars I mentioned due to availability and affordability, can't buy an evo new for low interest rates and cash, only hard core enthusiasts would pay for one now. TONS of people do not have the space, time or money to work on their own cars and or pay others knowledgeable enough to do so. The cars I listed are a better INVESTMENT for those people. I'd love to see what kind of cars you drive or build to be talking this sort of smack to someone who doesn't give a shit about how good of a playful shit talker you are.
Tons of people who want these old JDM cars now including Silvia's are those who can't really afford them yet or are willing to pay 4-8% interest or higher loans or army brats with enlistment or deployment bonus to drop to get them while running them to the ground. Hence not a WISE investment. Making the cars I mentioned a better buy for the larger majority of people, not you and me and that is me assuming you take care of your shit as much as you shit talk.
