Yes it was just a chain letter, but the amendment came to a vote on Tuesday and was turned down, meaning that if the bill passes, the military will be able to indefinitely imprison/ hold terror suspects found on American soil, yes that includes american citizens, that means you and i, if ever for some odd reason are "suspected" of terrorism our rights are stripped away. The actual bill gets voted on tomorrow December 1st.
