Other than family,
real Popeye's, crawfish boils, king cake, mardi gras, the best seafood restaurants anywhere, beignets from Cafe Du Monde (hell, beignets in general), Saints games, etc.
What's there to miss?
(ok, to be fair, I don't miss the mosquitos, hurricanes, humidity, and other such stuff - also, I lived there LONG before Katrina so I have NO idea how things are now.)
