So I am at a real loss on what the issue is and really don't want to have to drop the whole assembly. Anyways this is an audible clicking as the motor slips or struggles opening or closing the glass. I do notice some unevenness to the way it opens and closes. It also usually stops about 3/4 the way and I have to click the button again to make it keep going. I have cleaned the tracks, I notices some plastic and rubber bits like something broke but can't pinpoint it. I cleaned and greased the motor and tracks. I noticed that if I pull the shade or push it up so that it is more even the glass moves a lot better.
