The spindle bolts for the front are a different size so what that dude said was correct. They're larger on an s14 by 2mm. Instead of drilling, some people have used these -
5lugsleeves.com I've never heard any reviews on those though.
As for the rear "hats" or whatever those people are talking about having a different bolt pattern.....ummm its 2 bolts directly across from each other on both s13 and s14 (I'm guessing they're spaced different? This would be new to me.) I've always known it to be the lower mount of the coilover being the problem in that its way shorter on an s13. BUT, since you have stances, you can just order the s14 lower mounts, put them on your rears and you'll be fine. Hell, you can order s14 lower mounts for the front while you're at it and now you'll have a set of s14 coilovers
