What?
Australia never got the (RP)S13 officially, in any form. In Japan the fastback S13 was always 180SX, both CA ('89-'90) and SR ('91-'98) models. The S13 200SX was in EUROPE, all CA powered '89-'93.

Calendar year 1988, model year 1989. Australia goes by calendar years for imported cars. The S13 Silvia and 180SX were released more or less concurrently with the S13 240SX, as '89 models in summer '88.
