So i recently did a rebuild on my s13, everything was simple as usual but im having issues with the timing. Everything went in and lined up but it seems tight and off centered
. All the tensioners are in, but it was uber tight even without the upper tensioner. Lower tensioner seems like its barely even doin anything. Im not really sure whats going on so any help would be appreciated.
