IT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED that greddy made this for r32, it does look kinda like somewhere between the oem kouki 180sx and the 326 power manriki.
the rear flap is 5-position adjustable. I finally found info in an option magazine from 20 years ago, pic details below.

it is fiberglass and does need some minor repair.
also, it BARELY clears stock body fenders. i can fit my pinky in between, so this will NOT clear any overfenders
will trade for cd009 350z trans or I need 265 40 or 45 17" tires
