I spoke with Hans and they use an RTV type sealant. He hasn?t had any issues with it. I?ll dig up the product he used to seal it up. I inquired about only using the bolts in the front.

Not true. It is a non structural portion of the head and it has grooves for RTV or similar product.

His original head design was welded, the new piece is not.
