1500 on an RX-7 to do 13s? that include the car too? i doubt it
on a stock T2 you need a turboback, 720 secondaries, AFC, clutch, and tires to run some low 13s... trouble is, its still an RX-7 and its still very sensitive to detonation and it WILL blow up at one point
