Just installed dampers on my car and the hood wont go down
At first I only had the drivers side on and when I tried to lower the hood it wouldn't budge. I took the damper off and tried to compress both of them by hand.. but they wont budge AT ALL.. I called the company I bought them from they suggested mounting both of them at the same time to see if they will work together but still no luck.. I'm stumped. Has anyone mounted these?/Had any issues with them?? I've twisted, pulled, pushed, and even tapped them with a rubber mallet :/ Urghh!!
