Whatever's not high grade from a reputable source, I wouldn't use. I'd add locktite and put the original back.
Wire the wheel to the seat rails or something if you need to do work but don't want to keep asking for help. Or maybe put a prybar by the bushing.
Use a longer tool if you can't turn it well enough.
