Nope, will not fit. The S13 has a half moon shaft, the S14 uses wings so to speak for the TPS. There are other USDM Nissan TPS that will fit the S14 throttle body though. Mark yours where it is indexed now, pull it and take it to a junk yard with you.
Edit- I assumed you were taking about SRs, so I responded with the information above. I believe you are referring to the KA, so with that, I do not know about the KA.
