Mainly two things have changed:
- The quality of the music as a fan you tended to forgive an expensive video if it was on an album on which the artist didn’t dumb down their talents.
- The unemployment rate as a fan you didn’t feel fucking insulted when someone took a plasma torch and sawzall to a $375k automobile in the face of your fruitless job search.
