Because the Tomei's seem to be just as bad as all the Taiwanese manifolds. They crack and they're made out of the typical thin mandrel bent 304 stainless steel rather than the beefy schedule 40 WeldEl piping that the Isis V3 is made of. Seems like pretty good incentive to try it to me (although, like mentioned in the original post, I'm having a custom manifold built at BuiltToWin.)
