@OP there is no viable, secure way to both keep your knuckles and go 5 lugs. The safest-ish way is to use a conversion wheel spacer.
If you want to go 5 lugs for brake options, you could redrill 5 lugs discs (not THAT safe though), sell your knuckles, or get a custom center piece for 2 piece brake discs.
Another option is to go custom front suspension kit. I am using keisler's one, asked for an S14 knuckle with S13 sized coilover mount holes. It has some flaws (i hate the sway bar mounting system), but it works and is cheaper than most others. It features roll center and bump steer correction, high angle and a quick steering system. At the quickest, you get full lock with less than half a steering wheel turn in each direction
my steering rack didn't like that though. the middle hole is nice imho.
