I Started to laugh when the lady was talking about how many june bugs there were and how she knows a guy named "Possem" that drives a 'something' for the street dept.
I had to bite my lip and stomp on my toe to stop myself. So I just did a "Smile and Nod" thing
Day wasn't really all that bad just the one lady.
