The joint connectors for the front speakers are located against the firewall, top of the dash, behind the passenger side airbag. Pull the dash and bag to find them, you can mount the crossovers there. It's more work but there's no point in running wiring if it's already run for you, especially if you ever have to remove the door and cut/splice the wire back together.

For the window your explanation makes no sense, but the glass is removed by unbolting the two M6 nuts at the bottom of the glass to the regulator, then lifting it straight out. You'll need to loosen/remove the window stops and guides at the top of the door too. Then the regulator is free to come out from below by removing the two M6 nuts and four M6 bolts that secure it.
