You guys are making this more complicated than it is.
The guy that lived there before got foreclosed. He has not rights.
The mortgage company went under.
During which time he filed adverse possession.
Cops can't kick him out.
Person that lived there before him can't kick him out.
If there is a new bank that owns the mortgage, they have to go through a lengthy and costly process to get him out.
It was the neighbors that called the news.
The guy is smart to post no trespassing sings.
