How about no? e30s are nose-heavy as it is, let's just increase the problem! Hooray!
e30 doesn't need more than ~200whp, preferably from a 2.5L inline four.

Not the e30 M3s. There have been E36s and E46s which have, though. The S62 was actually used in quite a few racecars, as was a completely custom V8.
