Where can I find a legit obd2 ka24de full swap from? Has anyone in oregon been able to buy it from the junk yards like lkq or maybe copart ?

Reason I ask this is I have a sr swap and cant go through deq registering out of city limits is out of the question. So im loooking for a full motor. Thanks in advance .
