S13: Slow Windshield Wipers
I'm just asking to see if anyone else has this problem or it's just the S13's I've owned, but my windshield wipers are too slow, even when set on the highest speed. If it's raining hard at all, I have trouble seeing. I've tried new blades and that didn't help. It was like this on my other s13 also. Anyone else have this problem?
